Most teenage pregnancies are unplanned and there are a number of reasons why teenage pregnancy occurs. Lack of information, cuts to sexual health services and lack of support at home are all leading factors which contribute to teenage pregnancy.
Supporting young parents and pregnant young people is so important. There are lots of options and support available if a young person chooses to keep their baby or not.
