Peer pressure can affect us all in a number of ways throughout our lives. Whether it be in school, college, university, work or even in our personal lives.
Positive peer pressure can be a good thing in terms of following the actions of a good example, like a person we look up to.
Negative peer pressure, on the other hand, can be detrimental. We should never feel like doing things we're uncomfortable with are necessary in order to fit in with our peers. It's okay to say no, it's okay to be different and it's okay to walk away from any situation that makes us feel awkward in any way.
