Eating Disorder Awareness Week

This week, we've been serving up facts and busting myths about eating disorders.

Male, female or non binary, living with a disability, religious or not, eating disorders can affect anyone. Admitting issues with eating, can be incredibly difficult so, it is always important to be supportive and sensitive if someone close chooses to open up.

It can be tricky to spot the signs if somebody is living with an eating disorder. Eating may be done (or not) in secret and purging or vomiting after food may not be easily noticed. If you are worried about yourself or somebody close to you, support and further information is available. Check out these links and get clued up about eating disorders!
