This week has been National Grief Awareness Week and we've been stigma busting on our socials!
Losing someone is hard, theres no doubt about it, but speaking openly about our grief can really help! Choosing not to speak about it can increase the stigma around it and lead to unhealthy coping mechanisms.
So whether it's a quiet chat with friends, or a bereavement counselling session. Try and speak as openly as you can and find ways to cope that suit you!
