We are looking for a freelance Marketing Assistant who can spend 5 hours a week to create and post current and relevant content on our website and social media channels in relation to our workshop topics. We would like to grow our social media channels and have regular content for people to share with their networks. The content should be suitable for both parents, teachers and young people.
The contract will run for 20 weeks with potential to extend to a further 20 weeks.
We require someone who is able to:
- research themed weeks/months throughout the year e.g. LGBT, Domestic Violence, Bullying etc.
- write and schedule content for our social media channels
- research and write content for our blog (1 blog post a week)
- monitor and respond to all social media activity
You will be working for 5 hours a week in the following way:
Monday - 3 hours to research and schedule social media content
Tuesday - 1/2 hour to monitor and respond to social media activity
Wednesday - 1/2 hour to monitor and respond to social media activity
Friday - 1 hour to research, write and post on our blog and then feedback the week's findings to management.
You will be paid £20 per hour (£100 a week).
